Starting out on small-scale productions in the mid 90’s, Andrew worked his way up through the industry from driver / runner to presently site & senior site manager on some of the largest international concerts in South Africa from Post Malone to The Pixies, UB40 to Chance The Rapper and Travis Scott to the Cure along with Future in Mozambique, Toni Braxton & Babyface in Zimbabwe and J Cole in Nigeria.
Transitioning to major & special events in 2019 he headed up site logistics on the Diriyah Oasis, while also being the fixer delivering everything from a 50m high ferris wheel to a butterfly dome and a 21 man tech team to designing and manufacturing 3 kms of ornate stainless steel pedestrian barrier.
Moving into sports on the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, he now has 3 Championships League Finals, the Neom Beach Games and a SailGP under his belt and is currently working on the Abu Dhabi Open Masters Games 2026 as Cluster Overlay & Operations Manager.
Through this journey he has developed a wide skillset that takes in every single aspect of event production and management from transport & logistics to stage and site management, fit out and construction through to overlay, project and production management.
Andrew is an extremely diligent, high energy individual that accomplishes tasks with ease that others could deem impossible, works well with others or on his own, manages large teams of people efficiently, works the long hours when necessary and never shies away from tight schedules and deadlines. To this day he hasn’t come across a challenge or a problem on an event that he could not solve quickly and efficiently with ease.
